01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and svip9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the svip9 platform available at svip9.click, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the svip9 platform. Continued access to or use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amended terms.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — refers to the svip9 website, mobile-optimised site, applications, and all associated services accessible at svip9.click.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Player" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform and uses the gaming and betting services offered.
• "Wallet Balance" — refers to the total available funds held in a Player's registered account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering credits awarded to a Player pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; refers to the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator; the independently certified software mechanism that determines game outcomes for all RNG-based games on the Platform.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on svip9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. svip9 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gaming and betting activities. This threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age applicable in any particular jurisdiction.

5. You have not previously been subject to permanent account closure or self-exclusion by svip9 for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

All Players must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as required. svip9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, Players are required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All fields must reflect true and accurate information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 KYC Documentation

To activate full account functionality — including the ability to make deposits, place bets, and request withdrawals — Players must complete the KYC process by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence); and
• Where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet account).

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances contained therein.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the svip9 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is personal and non-commercial.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. svip9 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately via Live Chat.

5.2 Accurate Information

You agree to keep all personal information registered with svip9 current and accurate. Any changes to your contact details, residential address, or payment method must be updated promptly through the account management interface or via Live Chat support.

5.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Platform must not be accessed from any jurisdiction in which the Operator's gaming licence does not authorise the provision of services. Players are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gaming activity in their jurisdiction before registering.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

svip9 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX (available via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once all of the following conditions have been met:

• The Player's account has completed full KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount does not include locked Bonus Funds subject to an outstanding wagering requirement;
• The requested withdrawal amount does not fall below the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold as published on the Platform; and
• The requested withdrawal is directed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, or to a pre-verified method registered to the Player's account.

6.3 Processing Timeframes

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 2 hours. svip9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount, which may extend processing times.

6.4 AML Compliance

In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering obligations, svip9 may request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawal requests. Players must not use the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any money laundering or other financially prohibited activity. Any suspected AML violations will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

svip9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. svip9 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, tiers, or geographic regions.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the promotional validity period stated in the offer terms.
• svip9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers through strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming — will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided and their account may be subject to permanent suspension.

08 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on the svip9 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• Players must ensure they have sufficient available real-money wallet balance to place any intended wager. Bets placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering conditions.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Confirmed bets are final.
• RNG-based game outcomes are determined exclusively by certified Random Number Generation software and are not influenced by any human operator action.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, the relevant game round may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's wallet balance.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and lines are subject to change before an event commences. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that wager.
• svip9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a manifest pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the svip9 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or account management process;
• Operating more than one registered account on the Platform;
• Using automated scripts, bots, software agents, or any artificial means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated betting strategy with other Players;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner that is designed to circumvent AML obligations;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards svip9 staff or other Players via any support channel; and
• Engaging in any activity that svip9 reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider information exploitation.

10 Responsible Gambling

svip9 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices among all registered Players. The Platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools to assist in managing gaming activity.

10.1 Player Control Tools

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which further gameplay is temporarily restricted.
• Session Time Reminders — Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications when a specified time threshold has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion — Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion via Live Chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the selected period.

10.2 Age Verification

svip9 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gaming activities. Any Player who is aware that an individual under the age of 21 is accessing the Platform using their account credentials must report this to our support team immediately.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the svip9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the exclusive property of svip9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from svip9.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, svip9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials;
• Decisions made by a Player based on information contained on the Platform that is subject to change without notice; and
• Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on game outcome predictions, statistical data, or third-party analysis tools.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Termination & Suspension

svip9 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; or
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the registered Player.

Upon account closure, any real-money wallet balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding AML verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

svip9 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice published on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
